Another question, I'm drilling down is "Am I willing to let go of what's stopping me to receive what's waiting for me?" See, it's easy to talk the talk, but can we walk the walk? Will you let those pesky excuses continue to keep you stuck in a rut or will you say the heck with excuses I'm going after it?

So I challenge you to ask yourself those question and go out and live it! Make this 2012 your richest year, your best year and the most spectacular year in your entire life.

Your Miracle Just Manifested

I recieved such a revelation the other day when I was asking God for a miracle. I realized that we are only one second away from any miracle that we are seeking. This is my cousin John with me. I haven't seen him in so many years and I praying to see him. He just so happen to stop in Atlanta as he was traveling back to California. Today, when you think of something that you need or perhaps you have been praying for, I want you to do this one thing. Now this one thing will signify that you are one second away from your miracle. Think of what you need and then inhale a deep breath. As you are inhaling, that is your sign that your miracle has ALREADY manifested. The fact that you have life is a sure sign that all you need is already manifested. If you believe that it already is, then it is done! Faith is not hoping that something will happen, it's a knowing that it has already happened in your future, right now. In 2011, My motto is... it's not on the way, it's already here. Believe, Breathe & Recieve!

WOW! 2011 is just around the corner and ready or not, it’s coming! Will you be unstoppable this year or will this year be a reflection of your 2010? I’ve discovered something powerful in 2010 that has changed my life profoundly and it is my full intention to take it to another level in 2011. I learned that everything and I do mean everything from situations, to people, to jobs to clients, to you name it can only exist in my life if I give it permission.

The things I respond to, I give them permission to exist in my life. When I first encountered this, I was dealing with some pretty frustrating circumstances and I desperately wanted an answer of relief. I learned that situations might not change, but I can. I can choose to look at the storm as a destructive force designed to take me out OR I can look at it as a beautiful act of God that always brings new rain, new wind, new growth and new creation.

I learned that I am the creator of my reality and I have the choice to go with the flow of life or create the channel of life that I desire to flow in! It’s all about choice and loving yourself enough to make your “own” decisions. This is so vital to peaceful and abundant living!

As you enter into 2011, shift your belief system at a cellular level to become an irresistible magnet to the things that you desire! My clients are experiencing this transformation and loving the results. Regardless of the storm, remember you were created to win and to meet life victoriously!

Be mindful of the beauty and creativity in everything around us. We were created with abundant ability to produce any and everything that we could imagine. Take your thoughts and translate them into tangible results.

I speak that we release all subconscious limitations, barriers, obstacles and mental roadblocks that invisibly hinder our massive success! May today and everyday be filled with an excess supply of energy! Get excited about your vision or get a vision that excites you. POWER WORDS!

What's up WORLD? I'm excited as this is my first blog for March! Let's March on to the Victory. As I write, I'm feeling really excited, motivated and powerful. My thoughts at the moment...shove the excuses and start taking action. Your words can push you, excel you, take you back or keep you stuck! It's your choice. Who's speaking in your ear? Who is the dominate voice that motivates and encourages you to break limits and excel towards greatness?

I am in a new season and I love it! World, this is our year to win and we must connect with and make friends with the winners. I have terminated my friendships with lack and limitation. That little box I was in, I just kicked it down! I'm ready to accomplish the impossible and I'm not stopping. Guess what, neither should you. Your excuses are set backs for where you are destined to go and who you are destined to become.

This past weekend I was in New York with friends. We had a blast! The trip was so awesome, that I cried for almost an hour on the flight back to Atlanta :). The flight attendant said she wanted to hold my hand, lol! While in the Big Apple, we took advantage of new things and deliberately had an awesome time. Despite the 2.5 feet of snow and cold weather, it was one of the best times of my life. I travel a lot, but not as carefree as I did in New York. I felt as if I conquered new territory :). I owe it all to the power of words and speaking this trip and the amazing time into existence.

Our words have power! On a side note, a research study took two glasses of water for a two week period. One group spoke positive words and life affirmations to one glass of water and it became clearer during the 2 week period. The other group spoke negative, destructive words to other glass of water and it because dull and dingy. So what's the catch? Your negative words can affect any and everything around you since we are all vibratory beings. What are you consistently speaking over your life? Think like the greatest person that you know. Do you think Oprah gets up and speaks about the problems she encounters everyday? No. She talks about solutions and how she can expand her network and net worth. Be intentional and deliberate on the words that you speak. This is not the time to be weary or faithless! Move out in boldness and brilliance! You are already destined to win! Victory comes the moment you believe! Elevate your self talk and confidence to the highest level. NO MEDIOCRITY!

This week, write a power letter to yourself. Tell yourself how awesome and wonderful you are :). Focus on your strengths and how you can conquer anything that comes your way. Don't forget to add how creative and rich you are and that you are the greatest person who ever lived. Yes, that's right! So what if you haven't finished that creation or started that business...by the time you finish reading that letter from you to you, you'll be self motivated to run for president. Build your confidence to the ultimate level. There is a great person living inside of you, but we will never know until you release it. Today I release me, no brakes, no limits! World Look out... I am excited about the mission.

Good Morning World! What will you achieve today? We had a powerful conference call last night! I believe we are all free of limited thinking and geared up to accomplish great things. We are vessels full of treasure and precious jewels. Your mind is valuable! When I look at the picture of our furry friend, I see the cheetah in the midst of taking action! Be fierce like the cheetah when it comes to your plans, take massive action.

Be a commander today. You are the CEO of your life. Get on the ice of life and take control. We are powerful energetic beings full of great ideas. Today, I encourage you to work your business, build your team, and GO FOR IT! There are 6.9 billion people in the world, you have more than enough to reach your goal. Do not confine yourself to the limitations of your neighbor, the grocery clerk or your best friend. Be set free.

Have FAITH! Faith is the belief that whatsoever you believe you will accomplish. Have faith in yourself and your belief system. Have FAITH in God! ALL things are ultimately possible to them that believe. Do you believe it on today? Take a leap of faith and jump out there. Create that massive wealth on today. Remember, have no limits. As I said last night, when the enemy of small thinking creeps in your mind, CHALLENGE it like the CHEETAH and command it to go! You clobber that small thought with a giant thought. That giant thought is I CAN AND I WILL! So Cheetah's run fast today, accomplish much today and remember, small thinking bad. Expand your vision, your network and watch your net worth expand. Hello World!!! What are limits? Limits are defined as final, utmost, or furthest boundaries. Where did limits come from? FEAR! Who put them there? Environment and wrong thinking! Who taught you to think wrong? FEAR. You can do anything! You should get excited about your vision and your goals. Bust through the limits and stretch your arms wide and shout I'm FREE! Don't sentence yourself to LIFE in the limited thinking prision.

Your business, your idea and your mind can achieve whatsoever YOU believe is possible. That's the key word, believe. What or who shapes your belief system? When you began a task, do you hear the voice of your mother, old school teacher or boss whispering, you can't do that? Perhaps that voice is saying, you're not smart enough, your family isn't rich enough, or who do you think you are? Perhaps the little voice is saying, why can't you be like everyone else. (Now, that's a limitation...being like everyone else). Where did limited thinking derive? My conclusion, people will guide you based on their thinking. If someone is full of fear and limitation, how can they possibly tell you the sky is your limit? Seriously, can they tell you that your dreams are reachable? Don't allow a prison voice to be your guide...get with the winners.

Surround yourself with the no limit thinkers. Get in the energy of the movers and shakers. Change your scope to those who are the recession busters, creating income and cash flow. Get in the mix of those that are pursuing divine health and speaking peace. Start talking with eagles instead of the chickens. Yes, both of them have feathers, but their purposes are completely different. The chicken is designed to run around in the back yard and eat the chicken feed while the eagle is destined to fly higher than any other bird. A chicken relies on a person (the chicken manager aka chicken boss) to feed him. In other words, that chicken waits for a hand out so he can eat. An eagle realizes that no one has the ability to feed him like his appetite requires so he hunts for the best quality meal.

When a chicken is promoted, he is promoted to a chopping block. When an eagle is promoted he trains other eagles and develop his keen sense. A chicken eats chicken feed, aka a bunch of stuff (being nice)... an eagle has a strong robust appetite and dines on duck and fresh fish. An eagle could not survive on chicken feed. A chicken steps in his poop all day, but not the gliding eagle. The eagle glides in the crisp clean air and has a better view of the world, while the chicken views the dirt, ground, and runs into other chicken mates. You can tell when a chicken has been around, it smells and there are feathers everywhere. When was the last time you saw eagle feathers? The world looks forward to eating chicken for dinner, but who dines on the eagle. In other words, limitation eats fear for dinner, but it will choke if it bites into boldness.

I use this analogy so you can decide if you are an eagle or a chicken. Are you waiting for a handout or are you creating a path for others to follow. Are you settling for mediocrity or are you annihilating low level thinking and low self esteem. Be an eagle today and take the limits off! You deserve to fly and fly high. Start flapping your wings of success and take off. Be like the eagle and mount up and spread your wings. Release the limits today and remember, you can do anything you set your mind to do. Morning World!!! Do you like the beach picture of Aruba? Just wanted to warm you up a bit if you are in a snowy place. There is a saying that all good things must come to an end. I asked myself, why? Do all good things come to an end...absolutely not! It just begins. While things in our lives have cycles and seasons, it is imperative that we refuse to live by those limiting factors. If there is something in your life that comes to an end, rejoice for newness can appear!

Your view of your world will yield exactly what you view. Now that you have a new beginning, what will you create? To create means to cause to come into being; evolve from one thoughts or imagination. You have a new day, a new chance to create something great and wonderful. Use the power of a positive imagination to create a new life, attitude and way of living for yourself. Why settle for a mediocre when you possess all the faculties to bring "the thing" into existence. Elevate your mind and your thoughts to creating a life that you enjoy.

I view every day as a day of creation! I have the opportunity to create new experiences, new friendships, new dreams, new goals and a new life. There is no limit to what we can create and when we can create it. I am so enjoying the boot camp for the mind! I have taken it to another level beyond the one hour early. I see massive results. Remember, things change when you change. Brand yourself with a new creation. I strongly believe in tithing and giving. It is a universal fact that what you give out/away you will receive back. It's amazing how things can come back to you and whom it chooses to come through. To my point, I gave away all of my summer clothes. I wanted to put the extreme giving to the test. Well, with that said, I have the ability to create a new summer wardrobe full of vibrant colors and new designs. I shared that with you to show how easily we can create what we desire. IN WITH THE NEW!!!

How is the boot camp for the mind going? Learning any new information? Rising up an hour early to conquer the world? Are you implementing the changes necessary to accomplish your goals and dreams? Perhaps you are sleeping an hour later and not getting up early. I admit, it can be a bit challenging, especially if I go to bed late. I have come to a conclusion about my life... it's my life and I am going to live it to the fullest. Your mind is your greatest asset. It's amazing how we will spend more money on hair that we constantly cut and trim but never invest in expanding our mind and knowledge.

Take the LIMITS OFF! Think about this, every year we shed and create a new body. YEP! The old cells fall off and it takes about year before you are completely a new cell. The cycle continues. Now, I am NOT a cellular doctor, but this is generic information. Check out the hair on your head. Over the years, we have cut and cut and cut! The hair you see today is not the same hair you has as a baby. Our hair sheds and regenerates new hair. Well, what about our mind? Are we holding on to limiting beliefs from childhood, teenage years, old jobs, generational wrong thinking etc.? If you can think of a reason as to why something can't be done, you can THINK of a hundred reasons why it can be done. Perhaps you want to meet the Queen of England. It's possible.

The question remains, are you going to take action and do something? Will you just sit around and look at CNN and wish you could meet the queen. The results are waiting for those who will get up and TAKE ACTION. Stop, pause and take a deep breath... AHHHH... now say to yourself, I am responsible for my life. AHHHH (I hear the angels sing and the lights flashing). Stop the blame and build your confidence. Do IT! I enjoying getting the emails of those who are taking action and getting results. It's inspiring and enlightening.

Remember, if our bodies are changing and becoming new, so should our mind, our environment, our relationships, etc. A mind never grows old. Go, Sow & GROW! Make today count!

SELF-ESTEEM?

IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD! It's Monday and I'm sure you all had a great time watching the SuperBowl! I really enjoyed the wonderful food we had :). This is now the 2nd month of the year to win 2010! Due to my previous limited thinking, I believed that the only negative people in the world were those who assaulted your vision, dream, self worth. While that is the obvious, we must be aware of different type of negative energy depleters. Sometimes we focus on the obvious while the less than obvious is causing great distress and destruction. We should surround ourselves with highly positive and energetic people. People full of life, vision, accomplishments, etc. What negatives am I speaking of...low self-esteem and low self-confidence. Sure, you get a great idea and sure you are confident that it will work, but then YOU become your inner critic and began to shoot down your self-esteem. This is a little different than making excuses because you are flat out lazy. In this case, you began to speak about how your capabilities don't amount up to the requirements. Excuses such as...you might not have all the money at this time. Other excuses are... I tried this before and I failed at it. What if people laugh at me...and the list goes on. You validate WHY you should not move forward. If you do move forward, it's with extreme caution because at the first sign of failure or defeat, you feel that you have a valid reason to quit. So the question remains, who benefits when you make an excuse to quit because YOU failed to deal with your low self esteem? This month, if you can think of one excuse why something can't be done, you can think of 100 as to why. Fill your mind with thoughts of accomplishment, not defeat. You can easily build your self-confidence by learning and taking ACTION! Identify the place of the excuse and began to attack it like a bear eating honey. Do your absolute best and remember, any excuse is a bad excuse. You have the capabilities to accomplish great things, so DO IT!

HEADED FOR BOOTCAMP!

WORLD WAKE UP!!!! Whowee, I am excited and ready for such a great and powerful day! I am feeling super and highly energetic! Let's talk about boot camp! So when you think of boot camp, I'm sure you think of the military in their sweats running and chanting. I'm sure you can visualize the drill Sergeant yelling at the new recruits from the of his lungs, DROP AND GIVE ME 20! I'm sure you can see the new young recruit with a look of determination to get through boot camp. It only takes six weeks of vigorous training to equip you for a life time of change. In boot camp, it's not only physical, but it's mental. It's training the mind to over come obstacles, focus on the task at hand and conquer distractions. In boot camp, you must consistently tell your mind, I can do this, I can't fail, I must finish my course. Some folks will not make it. So, where am I headed with all of this? Let's do a Boot Camp of the Mind! Mental Makeover 2010. Be aggressive in crashing that old way of thinking and creating new beliefs. The old way of thinking symbolizes bondage, limitation, fear, procrastination,lack, negative relationships, failed goals etc. When you perform a massive mental makeover, it symbolizes achievement, wealth, wonderful relationships, better communicators and my favorite ACTION! So, with that said, let me give you a little mental workout for the next seven days. You can start tomorrow and give yourself time to rest today. Wake up one hour earlier... eek...lol! I can hear you screeching :). Wake up one hour earlier and read a book or article on anything that deals with increasing your self development. After you have read for an hour, take 15 minutes to write a paper on what you have read. You're thinking, I have been out of school for 20 years, give me a break. Hey, it's about change. Once you finish reading, take a 15 minute walk, workout or your exercise choice and talk to yourself about what you've just read and written. That's an hour and 1/2 that you are putting new information into your mind and saturating your thought paradigm. If you do this for seven straight days, that will be 10.5 hours of mind training a new area of attraction and creation. If you complete this for a month, that's over 40 hours of mental conditioning. Here's the clicker, will you get off your duff and do it? Or will you make excuses as to why you can not be consistent. Unless your life is perfect and you are already at the ultimate level, make a decision. Commit with us! Oh, let your new communication reflect application of the new info. Don't just read it, be it! I'm sure you are thinking...well, I don't have a book...again, articles, websites, etc. Ahaaaaa, there is no excuse. Alright soldiers, gear up and move out. Front liners take action, side liners provide the talk and cheer. Which are you? Hey you can't win from the sidelines... get in the game

Keep in minds, that's apart of the process, you must have that direction. It's not just meditating, having faith and visualizing the outcome. But here is the secret, I think I have figured it out. The secret is THE LAW OF ACTION! Get off your bodunkas and start taking action! Tackle those goals and bust them up! Listen up, your goal on the paper is just a goal on the paper until you work it! Work- put in the action, effort and force to accomplish the necessary task. I must say it, it's NOT the LAW OF ATALKING! So, let's get quiet, start writing and start doing! Use the untapped potential of that brilliant mind! I'm sure if you are like me, you have ten thousand goals and desire to conquer the world :). Just take it one goal at a time, focus your energy and effort. Start working the goal to activate the Law of Attraction. It's a hot topic, I couldn't resist jumping in there with it :). The Bible is full of Laws of Attraction. My favorite book for business success and kingdom growth is Proverbs. So, the Law of Attraction was here before we discovered it many years ago. It's the existence of why we exist. So let's start the Law of Action, Get moving and email me and let me know what you are producing. Hey, the seed in the bag doesn't produce until YOU break the soil, fertilize the ground and plant the the seed. That's right, your mind is full of ideas (seeds) but we must plant them in the earth realm, with our business ideas, strategic planning etc. The fertilization process is getting our mind condition for success; training that subconscious mind and gearing up for the beautiful ride :). ARE YOU INFESTED?

HELLO WORLD!!!! Good DAY! What an exciting and great day to be alive! It's an opportunity to tap into the unlimited potential that resides deep within and create something new. MAJOR Question, Are you INFESTED? Infestation means to inhabit (live) or overrun in numbers or quantities large enough to be harmful, threatening, or obnoxious. It also means to live as a parasite in or on. Are you infested with small, low level, low producing thinking? Think about this for a minute before you jump and respond :). Let's break this down even further. Is your mindset infested with negative thoughts and fear to the point that you are harming the full potential that you have to offer? Are you committing greatness suicide because your mind and actions are infested with fear. It's not always the big fears, but the little fears that I'm talking about. Are your relationships infested with toxic people that are infecting your greatness ability? When something is infested, it's threatening and comes in vast amount to cause dis-ease. This may be a little gross, but think about rats in a sewer flooding the place. I'm sure you would not want to have steak dinner in the sewer of your city, would you? So, why limit or infect your mindset with sewer thoughts? Don't allow it under any circumstance. Get out of the pit and reign in the palace where you belong. Some of us are not negative if you've been following me for a while, you have graduated from that. But, sometimes we are limited and that's worse. WOW, you can speak positive all day and smile and be cheerful, but if you allow the infestation of fear and procrastination keep you involved in busy, non-productive activities all day, what have you accomplished? Take authority and produce results. Go above and beyond! Your results will produce to you the reality of no limitations. What you produce at the end of each minute will visibly proclaim if you are a positive limited thinker and waster. Yeah, it's a bit much to swallow but we have to go there because we are winners. Trust me, I'm judging myself. Unlimited thinkers and achievers have solid results that follow their life. Listen, we sometimes attack people that are critical over our lives, but is there some truth to it? The criticisms could be the results of the infestation in our ability to produce sound results. If you keep having failed relationships, don't get mad, get rid of your infested relationship thoughts. If you are broke, don't get made, get to the core of the infestation and began to clean it! Get a mental moving truck, U-Haul, not We- haul, those limited thoughts and results out! We have vast potential, so let get moving. Now, how do you deal with an infestation in your life? Look at the place where you are the weakest? Look at the place where you keep getting the same, unwanted, mediocre results and began to attack it. If your vice is procrastination, then start taking action immediately on things instead of waiting. Stop it with the excuses. If your boo isn't treating you right, calibrate those thoughts to new realm of great thinking in that relationship. Make a decision today to detox your mind and ride aboard with the winning team. Excuses are GREAT, if you want to FAIL!

HELLO WORLD! Wow, it's such a better place because you are alive and accomplishing great things I pray. How are your goals coming along for January? Have you written them down or are you recovering from the depression of the news media? Are you creating your future or living vicariously through pointless reality t.v.? Are you making a mark that can not be erase or thinking of new excuses as to why something can't be done? Are you serious about your success, or serious about living a mediocre life? Yeah, I have to constantly ask my self those questions and become my own judge and jury in the most brutal way. It's amazing how we love to assimilate with those who will support our non-productive behavior verses those that will keep it real and tell us the truth. Sometimes we gravitate to the friend who will say, well, "I understand" verses the friend who states; "Look, we all have issues, but get over it." My point, get out of the comfort zone, aka the snake zone, the choking of dreams. Now, under no circumstance do we accept negativity, but corrective talk is vital for growth. It's time to live a life without limits and purpose. You know, you are talking to a recovering excuse maker. Our excuses are lies to ourselves. We lie to our self because of the fear of what we have the ability to become. Perhaps you have been beat down mentally, or hurt. Get UP! You know, it can be a bit overwhelming knowing that you have to ability to become the president, but settle for becoming city council because you are fearful. Live in the absolute truth! You are a powerful person with brilliant ideas. Live in the truth, free of why something can't be done. Just do it! Challenge each excuse and lie you have ever spoken over your life with action. You can turn it around. Eliminate voices that validate your excuses and support mediocrity results in your life. Accelerate above the limitation and soar. Today, when you began that challenging goal, think of 21 reasons why and how you will accomplish your goal and just do it. Don't waste your time thinking of why it can't be done. Example, I want to be an Olympic sky diver (now I'm being outrageous, but hey, why not). I can think 10 reasons why that will not work without using any effort. Excuses such as, the Olympics doesn't have that category, I'm a woman, I'm black, in case you didn't know :), I don't have flight experience, I don't have a skydiving suit,I don't know how to get started, ohhhhh, the big one, I don't have the money, etc. But why not say, I will do what ever to accomplish my dream. If you have the mind power to think it, you can do it and be it! Annihilate all excuses! Get rid of them now. You will be free of energy and mind power. Shut up with the excuses, please! World, it's not an obstacle or a hater, it's just an excuse that you have created. As Always, we are all on the same winning team! A team of no excuses, only action and results. Bring the bacon home to mama or perhaps your big daddy, but just bring it!

It's a MIRACLE!

GOOD MORNING WORLD! I'm jumping in there this morning like a diver plunging into the the water! SPLASHHHHHH, Can you feel the excitement and energy? WHOWEEE, Jump with me, SPLASHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Listen, there is power in the I CAN, I AM and I WILL! There will be times when you feel like giving up, cussing folks out and perhaps slapping someone that's a negative dream killer. BUT, you need not fear or even think of the above strategies! Why, because you may land in jail and that's not apart of the vision :). Secondly, because you have the power to complete! Yes, there is finishing power in you. Let me help you really quick so that you can continue to bust through that negative obstacle course of non-believers :). If God has given you a business, dream, vision, idea, HE has given you the finishing power to complete it! Set your mind to finish and not give up regardless of the odds you face. Every time I get slapped with an obstacle as I do so often, I say... MONEY COMETH! Why, because the obstacle is a sure sign that my victory is going to be prosperous! When I face a negative person, family member, friend or colleague and I feel like screaming, I set my mind to say, I BELIEVE and THEREFORE I SPEAK! Why do I do that, you ask? It's because I am removing the negative emotion that comes along with the feeling of defeat. Defeat does not exist, its that emotion that you attach to it. Ok, we have all been there, why poor me. If you are there now, stop the foolishness and start with my first blog and get cracking. This is not the time for cry babies so get your butt up! You have too much in you to look for a pity party! STOP IT! OK, had to get that out :) I am turning around what looks like a bad situation and making it victorious for me! You can't fail! The only failure exist in your mind! Think about this, to others you look like a success, to some you look like a failure, but the question remains, how do you see yourself? Baby, I'm a WINNER! Develop your mind power in perseverance and determination. Use the power words of I CAN, I AM AND I WILL! Now, who's going to stop me? See, the deeper question remains and it is... it's not a matter of I WILL but WILL I? Yes, will you make it to the finish line and block out alllllllllll the negativity? Will YOU make a decision to look at your obstacles as money coming to you? Will you look in the face of the jealous person and say, I believe (because my mind is set for finishing) therefore I SPEAK! Let me further help you! Don't speak anything YOU do not believe! That's right! Before you start speaking, saturate your mind with the finish power of that business, idea, ministry, wealth etc. Let your mind and spirit get drench with victory before you even speak it! Then when you speak, NOTHING can STAND against a made up mind because you know that IT HAS COME TO PASS!!! Example time! I'm in the real estate business. If you don't like rejection, this is not the business for you. When one loan officer tells me no or my client, do I give up and say, well, I'm going to quit because that one person said NO! Absolutely NOTTTTTTTT! My mind is let's keep moving, and MONEY COMETH! That's right, I take that rejection as a sign that I was not meant to prosper in that relationship and I start speaking greatness so I can attract and I did say attract the right person for the right deal! I absolutely love this! Now, I admit, at first I use to keep Kleenex in my car for those little tears, lol! But now, I just might tell you MR. Banker, your rejection is a sure sign that you can't handle the power that I'm bringing! AND, if I'm feeling really BOLD, I'll go back with my check in hand and say, see Mr. Banker, you could have been getting these deposits, but you just weren't assigned to prosper with me. Ok, maybe that's a bit cocky, but hey :). You don't need a bail out, you need to get your mind focused! WHEW, I keep sidetracking. Notice, I did not say, it will come to pass from earlier :).. I said it has! Your ability to visualize your success before it happens, is a dimension of completion that we live on. Therefore, if I see finished, it must happen! That's why, if God gives you the idea, you must complete! So, with that say, stand up and look in that mirror with your fine self and say, I can finish my goal! I will complete the ACTION steps (again I said action) and I AM absolutely great, phenomenal and worthy of all the wonderful things that accompany this success! Can you feel the power? When you speak, the universe hears your plans! Other people hear your voice and they respond! Listen, today is the first day of the rest of my life! I CAN, I WILL AND I AM! NO TIME FOR WASTERS!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT'S UP WORLD!!!!!!!! Good MORNING!!! What a powerful day to be alive in this wonderful world that God has created. Just take a moment to reflect on your blessings and the grace that you have. It doesn't matter what's going on, you have the power and strength to overcome and command things to change for greater. We all have so much to be grateful for! WHEW, I'm GRATEFUL!!!!! We are powerful people with wonderful ideas and strategies. That business idea that you have, stop sitting on it. Get off your tush and get to work! It's time! If you can dream it, think it or even consider it, you can do it! Bust through procrastination, turn your phone off, click the TV off and get busy with your vision. This is day 16 of the new year!!!!!!!! What have you done in 16 days? Well, what are you doing to do with the remaining? We all know how fast the year goes by. So with that said, get cracking and get moving! Focus on identifying people who waste your time and energy. The word waste is defined as to consume, destroy or employ useless. Also, without adequate return or profit. To fail to use, wear down or neglect. To destroy, devastate or ruin. OK, NOTHING GOOD or GREAT COMES FROM WASTE! NOTHING!!!! That old lazy spirit or should I say, just taking your time and thinking to long about that idea before you even consider action and then 5 years go by, THAT'S WASTE! Many times we say, well it's all divine timing. But seriously, what have you done that you can really say, I had that idea twenty years ago and I just took action last week and it was perfect. You can't! When you get an idea, it's a seed for that time or within a reasonable time frame! Quit fooling yourself, with vast amount of thinking, just start doing!

So the just of all of this... You have GREAT talents within, WHEW! Your mind is a fertile ground for ideas and increase. All things are possible to them that believe. DO you BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE NOT A WASTE? Look at that word waste and it's definition from above. If there is ANY part of your life, time, relationship, money, ideas, mind, etc. that you are wasting, re-evaluate! Please don't waste, destroy, ruin and have no return on that idea any more. Hey, got an excuse, you are a time waster. I got up early this morning to encourage you to NOT waste your time any more. Not even a second. Account for every moment. WOW!!!! How awesome we would be if we just took 24 hours and had a no waste day! Sowing seeds of greatness.

We have already experienced 16 days in the new year! Have you wasted anytime? Hey I'm a little guilty. I'm talking as little as a second? Did you waste precious sleep time wondering how you were going to take care of an expense? Did you waste precious sleep time thinking about a past relationship or daydreaming about something crazy. Good Morning WORLD!!!!!! Today is the absolute greatest day of your life. Let's redefine that, it's the greatest moment of your life. We must learn to live in the moment and enjoy the power of NOW! There is divine timing for everything, but we seemingly miss it because we are out of sync. Shift your mind and thoughts into alignment with the thoughts of God. Get focused and clear up the fuzziness in your mindset. Example, God has provided us an abundance of everything that we need and desire. We have no reason to be in lack, want or any deficiency. If we are experiencing that, we must shift our minds to align with his mind! God dwells in us, therefore, we are manifested beings of God's presence. Our conversation is a reflection of God's presence in us, our life style, our environment. When I look at the character of God, he has order, peace, love, wealth, abundance, intelligence wisdom and so much more. It is His ultimate plan that we enjoy the now moment of every aspect of our life. Sure, we will have barriers, but when I transpose my thinking to God's thinking, I realize there isn't a force or dynamic that can stand against the power of God. Let's be real, we all have challenges, but let's make up in our minds to give our challenge a challenge. In this year, I want the best and I will be the best. My self-image has been transposed. I no longer see myself as a victim or a little bumble bee, I see myself as victorious! I have greatness within me and so do you! We are GREAT people! We have minds which are rich fertile grounds for ideas (seeds). Let's start planting seeds in that rich fertile ground and let's reap a harvest. I have experience a paradigm shift and I am sure that you have too. I see greater in me! There is no limit to what I can be in this life. Why, because I am activating the power of my mind and intelligence. I am learning more, growing more and being more. I am putting into action the mysteries that are revealed into my mind. I'm allowing my mind to expand beyond the norm. Most people never pick up a book after college or high school. Haaaa, not I! I am expanding my mind so that I can maximize my greatness. I encourage you to read 30 minutes a day, anything that will enhance your career, mindset, finance, marriage, etc. You will be amazed at the new seeds of knowledge that you are planting in your mind. Hello WORLD!!!!!!!! Happy New Year! This is the year to win, dream and all the wonderful ideas and visions that we have. This is the first picture of me on New Years Eve. I had a four day speaking engagement and I challenged the people to expand their minds for greater!!! I am excited about this year because I am embarking upon new ideas and territory. I have the mindset of Lady WonderWoman. That's right, I am ready to conquer my realm. I'm excited about the Transformer program and conference calls that I host every Tuesday Night. Ok, so let's just jump in there with a new message for a new year. Let's see, 2009 is gone! Yipee! There were some people I left right in 2009 along with emotions, hurts, victories and triumphs. Let's create something new! Listen, we can't go into this year winning if we have losing mentalities connected to us. I am making a conscious decision to surround myself with winners and stay out of the comfort zone. I have big goals, big dreams and big ideas. What about you? What mark will you create in this outstanding year? How will your collective vision and dream make a difference? I want you to think big! This is not the time to play small! You have sooooo much on the inside of you and it's time for you to rise to the top. Just take it one step at a time. We were never destined to be bottom crawling dust eating creatures. GOOD MORNING WORLD!!! What a wonderful day to CELEBRATE! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Listen, as we transition over to another year, let's make a choice to rewrite our destiny and the future of someone else. How do you rewrite the future of someone else, you speak a word of hope, increase, life, light and love into their life. Speak a thought or phrase that will change their life for forever or at least give them something to ponder on. Plant that seed and let it grow in their mind. It's not the volume of words you speak, but the quality of what you say. Live life, enjoy the moment of now and remember, you are a powerful vessel. We are all full of light, love and peace, so express it. We are great vessels with a powerful message hidden within us. What is your message? What will you tell the world? Your message is your life and your attitude. I speak that you will live it, be it and encourage it.

TRANSFORMED!!!!!!!! 4 REAL

Today is the first day of the rest of my life! WOW, what an expression and what a way to start this week. Well, let me jump in there and get straight to the core on the thoughts of a winner. Thoughts are defined as mental activity. In other words, the things you think about daily, focus on and dwell in. Your thoughts produce your visible reality. It's an invisible realm that manifest in a visible realm. You must guard what you allow to enter into your mental activity. Don't allow your mind to wonder on the negative aspects of the past and live there. If you do, then you are stuck. Let's be real, how many of us talk about about past events, that we know we can't change, but we continue to talk about it. Well, ask yourself, what part did you play? When you talk about the past are you blaming and criticizing the other people involved? In order to heal, you need to criticize and critique how you could have handled things differently. Selfish people blame, transformed people take responsibility. I come to serve notice that as long as you are talking about a negative past, you are wounded and will never experience healing or move forward until you release it from your spirit (mind).
We find so many instances in the bible, especially in the new testament where Jesus healed and told them "Go and sin no more." In other words, do not return to the activity and limited mindset that cause that condition in the first place. The root of all illness is in the mind (that's for another day). Yesterday, I spent almost 12 hours detoxing my mind from a negative situation that I allowed to enter into my mind and energy. I forced myself to read three positive books to free my spirit from thinking and dwelling on that burden. It wasn't even my own personal situation, it belonged to other people, but I allowed it in my mental activity and it consumed me. The end result, we must actively be aware to guard our mental activity from negative, toxic ideas, thoughts and relationships. Instead, allow our mental activity to run rampant with thoughts of winning, achieving, success, growing in the word, expanding our borders, increasing our lives and those around us. Fill your mind with thoughts of accomplishing great things and finishing what you start. Get that mental activity on your goals. Remember, we are what we think. If you are thinking about the problems of another, you become consumed with that burden. Release it now! Encourage those around you to develop a mind of a winner. If they refuse, it's ok, but don't allow them to consume you any longer.
This week, I was sharing with a business partner about how God spoke to my heart and told me that I would be a transformer. When I speak, the words from my mouth would transform lives and invoke increase, growth, change and accountability in less than 60 seconds. I only speak from experience and growth. Now, that's a big task, but the gift has always been there from birth. So I send out a divine announcement that in 2010, we begin full force, no limits, no stops. Let's begin a new life, new mindset and build roots of greatness in our minds. My role at this point in your life is to midwife your transformation. Your problems are not my priority any more, but your transformation is. Guess what, the root of all your problems is you. Ouch, that hurts. Until you stop blaming your husband, boss, pastor, choir director, mama, the bank teller and everyone else, you will stay stuck and full of toxic energy. Take responsibility and lets grow in transformation.

Why Are YOU Afraid to Change

Hey, why are you afraid to change? That's a question I am asking myself in some areas of my life. Think about this, we keep making the same mistakes, but yet we do nothing different. Is it because we don't know any better or we refuse to do better? Perhaps, the chicken of fear prevents us from taking the first step. Everything I preach, I live or should I say, I live what I preach, lol. Regardless, we must not be afraid to change. Superimpose that old way of thinking for new ideas and strategies, upgrades and a better way of doing things. Let's break it down, and I promise not to write a book. You have a problem with wasting your money. Each month, you fall short of paying bills and the entire drama of financial stress steps in. Ok, if you know that you are struggling financially, then why don't you get help? I'm talking, a debt counselor, perhaps a financial book or a budget. Why do we go on year after year with no change? I totally speak from past experience. I realize something when it comes to changing; When we become enlightened, we find a better way and new way of doing things. We now become accountable in our spirit to doing the right thing always. Think about this, if you went to financial counseling and got knowledge on how to handle your finances and refused change, you know you would beat yourself up. Every time you'd make a purchase, that little voice would say, now you know better. Now, hear comes the guilt and the mental battle. So then it becomes deeper than just that. Why are you refusing to change and do things differently even when you have new information? Where is the breakdown of the new information not sinking in? What's cause the rejection of the better way of living? Why would you allow the stronghold of distressed living take root in your life? Why are you having a mental battle over doing something that you know will change your life for the better? Well, I have come to the conclusion that it's simply fear. Yes, fear will paralyze you and keep you from actively engaging in better choices. Why, because we are comfortable with the old way of doing things wrong. While the old way may not be working, and we know that it's wrong, fear produces a comfort zone. I speak totally from experience. Over the last year, I have had to force my mind to engage in different ideas, beliefs, philosophies and much more. Why, because the old way wasn't working in certain areas of my life and I knew it. But, I held on too it because it was comfortable. You know, a good friend of mind sent me a message and he said, I have your back. He said, no matter what you do or the business risks you take, I got you. I said, wow... I wonder if he knows how big my back is :). Well, the old me would have said, yeah right. People don't care about me, they only want something, money, gifts or whatever I can produce. BUTTTTT, the transformed me said, I appreciate God allowing you to encourage me and walk a portion of this journey with me. Whether for a lifetime or a season, I thank God that he has you as an angel assigned to hold me up when I am weak. Man, I could not even believe that was even my first thought. That's the real process of change, allowing the first thought to produce the right result. There are areas of my life I am still changing in, everyday. Change is a life long process, but it's one that I enjoy. Someone said, it's easier said then done, I disagree. While it is a process, it's about you making a decision to stomp fear and embrace the limitless power God has for your life. I choose to change, what about you? Besides, do you want to become a stale lump on log that no one wants to be around or change and become the image of Lord? You know, the greatest foundation for my change was really learning to love myself. Understanding that God truly loves me and He wants the best for my life. When I truly began to love me, I didn't feel that others were using me or being negative against me. I understood that love was working in my life in all areas. See, my first level of change was forgiving myself of engaging in old ways of thinking and loving me enough to change for the greater. Do you love yourself enough to come out of debt? Do you love yourself enough to make new friendships? Do you love yourself enough to go after your dreams and hearts desire? Do you love yourself enough to learn something new without being fearful of what others will think. I know, today I asked a lot of questions, but I guess we all need answers. Love yourself enough to change, because your change will causes others to love you even the more and express their gratitude towards you in a more loving way. I believe and I'm not expert by any means, so let me release that disclaimer. I believe the reason for bad relationships, even divorce, financial abuse, crime, negativity, lack and all the bad things, is an absence of self-love on some one's part. So when someone hurts you or you feel that you can't accomplish something, perhaps people are responding to you negatively, stop and ask yourself, have I told me that I love me today. Do I appreciate me and love me on today? Am I showing true love or am I expressing fear in someway? You will find that when you truly exemplify appreciation for yourself, not arrogance, but appreciation, others will respond with love. So, I love you and I love meeeeeeeeeeeeee. Most importantly, God loves us all the best!

TELLING ON ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELLLOOOOOOOO WORLD!!! I am a little tired today :)!! However, I plan to pull greatness out of this day like juice from a Florida orange. I'm excited because I see the manifestation of change in my life. I am so glad about it. WHOWEE. OK, let's reflect on this week. This was a winning week, met new contacts, deals and much more. You will find that I will not talk about my professional business as much because I don't want to put the cart before the horse or should I say, the engine before the Bentley. Hey, ain't no horses over here!!!! But Business went well! Let's talk about the lessons I learned. The power of my strength lies in my ability to rest and to rest well. I have a ritual, I do not talk to people after 7pm at night, UNLESS, I know the person is positive or motivating. I'm specifically talking about on the phone etc. You know, what you talk about a few hours before you sleep can interrupt your sleep. You will have dreams about that person or conversation. I had to stop. Naturally being a "psychologist" people tend to talk to me about their problems. Well, I understand that, because I'm easy to talk to, so I've been told and I like to offer wisdom, if I can in a situation. But, I found out over the year, I would be on the phone to 2 &3 in the morning, talking about people's problems, gossip, and everything else. Honey, you talking about having nightmares, LOL!!!! I also realize that their problems were getting in my subsciousness and really affecting the way I thought about life, etc. So, I had to... SHUT IT DOWN!!! YEP. I listen in moderation. I also do not discuss any problems before I go to bed. I read things that I want to dream about. Such as, the Holy Bible, changing the world, changing my mind... and you know, making mulah! I'll read about what it takes to build a great marriage, communication, raising kids. I'll watch a show on real estate or Wayne Dyer. I'll read my goals and command my dreams to give me solutions. I'll read my Power Mindset book from my power coach, Madeline. I will even read something extravagant like my big vision and dream of that. You know, we live in another dimension in our dream world. I won't go into that, you will have to wait for the seminar :). But what you dream is actually real. So if I'm dreaming about the fact that you got fired from a job that you hated all night long, can you see how that will affect me in my day to day operations. Or if I'm dreaming about the fact that bills can't be paid and how the world is in a recession, can you see how that would inhibit my creativity. So now, I have to war with my mind all day long about the recession and my business. So, when I get a business idea, I now have to fight my mind because it will say, it won't work, because we are in a recession. Then the battle begins because I have filled my mind with negativity, that a positive idea has no chance of survival. So I work on creating dominant thoughts of things that I desire. Trust me, when I have a problem, my first instinct is to pick up the phone and call someone and talk about it. That's fine, if you call someone who will give you a solution or encourage you to look at it differently. Now on the flip side, when I call my winner's circle about a new idea or real estate venture, they'll say, let's get it done. Just their conversation will hold me accountable for doing what I say I'm going to do. Now our conversations become about achievement and action plans, not the Tiger Woods drama. I realize a wining success team is a must if you want to achieve great things. I am surrounded by the best people in the world and I try to be the best for those I support as well. Let's change that old losing attitude to a winning attitude and start attracting more winners into our life. You will find that you will meet new people, embrace it. You might even connect with an old friend who's tranformed their thinking, welcome it. Transform that thinking and do the winners dance with us. WE ARE WINNERS, NOT WHINERS, LOL!!!! I am a living witness that you can superimpose your old way of thinking to a new way of thinking and get results. As the Apostle Paul speaks of in the bible, putting off the old man. Setting sail for a new world of thinking.

I GAVE UP... I AM REALLY QUITTING THIS TIME

YES, I GAVE UP!!!!!!!! I gave up failure. I quit at being a quitter, certainly you didn't think I was going to quit on my dreams, destiny, goals and vision? Please, I have set my mind to win and so should you. This morning, I was reading and studying on the word trust and abundance. As I explored the word, I had to ask myself, can I be trusted to always obey God? Can I be trusted to always think like a winner? Can I be trusted to remove obstacles that are sure signs of failure in my life even if it means losing friends, family and those I care about deeply? Or can I be trusted to put off my hearts desire to fulfill an assignment or a task. Can I really be trusted. Can I be trusted to return a phone call when I say I will or stick to my workout plan when I feel like giving up? That was powerful, I had to really do some soul searching and guess what? OK, you all know this is about me being brutally honest with myself in hopes to help someone else. If it doesn't help you, then you will just know all my business, which will eventually come out when I run for mayor :). Seriously, I found a lot of areas in my life where I was not trustworthy!!! Yes, in the little things and the big things! Now, I'm not calling myself a liar to others, but at least to myself. I told myself that I would always think and act like a winner, commit to winning is what I said. Yesterday I found my self socializing during work hours. Didn't return important phone calls and accurately guard my time. What did you think I was going to say? LOL. While we often say, well it's just a day or I can do it tomorrow, guess what, I realize I'm connected to a bigger vision. It's not about me, but a connection of winners that are connected to me. Hey, quitting is not an option for me at this point in life. When it rains, I'm still in the parade. When it snows, I just dress heavier, but I must keep moving and so should you. I said the other day, you must educate yourself in the place of failure. Find out where you truly suck at and start getting knowledge there. Knowledge defeats ignorance and that old stupid way of thinking. I laugh sometimes when I see how crazy I would think. I'm so glad now that I have been enlighten and still young enough to enjoy the fruits of this lifestyle. Please understand, I have to make myself at times to get it together. Overall, it's a becoming way of thinking that I appreciate. So let ALLLLLLLLLLLLL The WINNERS Jump up and shout, I AM A WINNER! Listen, I bust down barriers, obstacles and defeat. I stand in the face of my enemy and tell him to get out of my way. We are destined to rise to the top. Make a commitment to do something different today that you did not do on yesterday. Today, I'm focusing on really being trustworthy in everything I commit to. Guess what I have myself on a financial fast and Daddy Starbucks will not get a dime from me. Yeah, I love Starbucks :). So I'm going to trust myself to follow through with that goal. Now, it's not about the 3.00 coffee, what's that really? Well, 3.00 over a month's time is 33 bucks. I could buy 4 books from Amazon that will give me knowledge to turn that 33.00 investment into $33,000K. I'm speaking from experience, or over a years time it's almost 400 bucks. What debt could my coffee habit pay off? What investment could that coffee habit yield interest on. WOW, I'm glad I'm not a smoker, but I wonder how many broke people smoke a million dollars away, literally. OK, enough, BACK to the Winner's zone. Have an absolutely positive and wonderful day. WHOOOOOWEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! Let's shout the sound of victory. I'm excited about this great day. Great things happen when we all stand in expectation of what we desire. I stand in a positive attitude for wonderful things to happen. I'm not walking around with my head hung down or my face in the ground, why... I'm a WINNER! You know it takes 21-30 days to form a new habit. What habits are you forming? I'm forming the habit of thinking, talking and acting like a winner. I'm taking on the mindset of victory. As we triumph over great trials, we step with the force of the over comer. Examine your thoughts more deeply on today and see where you mind takes you. I'm focused on where I am headed and where I am . I am focused on my destiny and my goals. I'm focused on God's plan for my life. I'm focused on building solid friendships and rebuilding family bonds. I'm focused on helping others in the best possible way. Friends, hold me accountable to think and act like a winner. SERIOUSLY SHIFT HAPPENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOOD MORNING WORLD!!!!!! Are you ready for me, because I am ready for you! This morning, I am going to take some time to really develop my mind mentally. I'm pushing new information in my mind and consciously forcing out the old outdated information. Bust up that no-result way of thinking. This morning, I want to talk about a serious shift. Guess what, for years, people have always been attracted to my energy, positive outlook and vibrant personality. Most of the time, I was always the leader in the group. You know, we are always comfortable hanging around people who do not intimidate us or push us out of the comfort zone. It's easy to be friends with a person who does not challenge our limiting mindset or our crazy way of thinking. It's easy to love someone who lets you abound in mediocrity living and a lazy way of living. But one day, I heard someone say, you are a sum total of the people you hang around. He also said, the people you hang around will determine your salary, marriage, etc. So, if the people in your inner circle are making 20,000 a year, well in five years, that is what you will be making. Forget the fact that you are striving to do better, if you don't expand your friendships, you will not be subconsciously pushed to new heights and levels. So over the past couple of years, I had to make some changes. Some people I had to let go, the relationship was toxic. Some people I had to transition from because I was developing a mindset to achieve greater. I remember in October 2007, I joined a professional organization, which was in a field I studied in but did not work in. I was literally afraid. First of all, the cost alone to join would intimidate most people in my circle because we all thought the same way. That old limiting, that's too much. I made a decision in 2009, I would not spend more in clothes, cars, purses or travel until I spent that same amount developing my mind and training. I can buy a pair of shoes for 50.00 and the heel break, I'm out of luck. But if I buy a book from Amazon.com, I have access to knowledge for life. Second, I was networking with people who's base salary was 100K min a year in my profession, and third, I knew I belong here, but I still felt intimated. When I joined SHRM, I was making a decent, limiting salary! Even though I had degrees, I love the Lord and was a positive person, my subconscious way of thinking was driving me into limitations and I didn't even realize it. Well, guess what, I shifted my mind, worked on my confidence and got involved in the organization. I remember reading a book recommended by a co-worker that shifted my mind so much, I got back in my A-game. I said, wait a minute, Latisha, it's time rise up from here. See, that's what happens when you get knowledge, it enlightens you to make changes. I took a look around and said, it's time to SHIFT! Well, by April of 2008, my salary had tripled! Yes, it did. Why am I telling you this, because when I stepped out of the comfort zone of the follower mindset and shift with the big players in the industry I wanted to be in. I began to develop wealth habits and learned to operate in that zone. Now, don't get me wrong, God's favor is always on my life. But you can't access favor with wrong information or a low way of thinking. Hey, Talk about a real SHIFT!!! YEP, SHIFT HAPPENS, NOT JUST... The only way up from here is UP! I'm still shifting and challenging myself everyday, so I feel you. So I say to you this morning, and even myself, go to a place of intimidation and uncomfortable and challenge your mind to shift. Yesterday I went to a luncheon (alone and a little scared, truth be told :), immediately I met a real estate broker (young lady millionaire) who's on the board of Real Estate Investors. Immediately we clicked, why, we both have the same mentality. :) It's the largest one in the state and perhaps the southeast, based here in Atlanta. For the few months, I had thought about going, but I knew in my mind, it would push me out of my comfort zone. You know how it goes, we make excuses to support our failure and lack of achievement. Let's just be real. Ha ha, I got pushed alright. She gave me her card and said I have two free passes, when you come to the meeting I will show you around and introduce you to other board members. FAVOR AGAIN. But keep in mind, for the past two year, I have been working on elevating my mind, reading books, working with my power coach, taking action and forcing my mind to go into the place that I desire. My purpose is to live the best possible life God has for me, what's yours? I live to inspire other and challenge them to break limits by example, what about you? Some of my friends are now shifting and I looooove it. It inspires me to hear them say they are working on their goals and moving forward, I love that. We inspire each other. So my friend, remember, real winners hang with the top performers and not lazy folks that do not want to be challenged. I got a text from a friend of mind in Detroit this morning, around 5:30am. He said, thanks for always giving me the facts. Educate yourself in the place of your failure and grow in success. Whether that failure was a job, a relationship, business, marriage, children, cooking, or driving. Get knowledge, walk in love, get with the power coach & my friend, Madeline and bust up fear and stay on the winning team. I'm so excited we are on the winning team.

Today is an exciting and awesome day! Everyday I wake up with great anticipation of the wonderful and marvelous things that God has in store for me. It is his will that I prosper and be in excellent health. It's God's will that we excel to great and marvelous heights. No more playing small. I am taking the attitude of the winner in to every aspect of my life this day! Today I will focus on releasing the loser mentality. What is a loser- a loser is defined as a person who has failed at a particular activity. The Loser mentality is one who believes that his success is not warranted or guaranteed before he even gets started. Have you ever applied to a job and maybe you had some skills but not all of them and you made up in your mind that they wouldn't hire you? Have you ever wanted to test drive a car out of your price range and before you even went on the lot you felt like, they would escort you off? Or perhaps, you had an interest in a particular person but before you spoke to them you felt confident a rejection would be first? Well, that's the loser mentality. You make up in your mind before you even get started that you have already failed. Set high mental expectations of your self. Why create an outcome before you even get started. Work on your confidence and believe in yourself. Maybe your credit score or salary won't allow you to purchase the car, but ask yourself, how can I make this a reality. Let's work on educating ourselves in the place of failure so that it now becomes a success. Failure only exist in one place and that's the mind. I want my confidence to soar like an eagle, so no failure here. My past is not a track record of my future successes. I decide today that I am a success in everything that I do. I refuse to be defeated or fail. I take on the mentality of a winner and I work to achieve great victories. Let's not be afraid to go for the gusto! You are a WINNER! Hey, it doesn't matter what people say about you, really.... are they qualified to talk? A great confidence builder is telling yourself that you are a winner and you are on a winning team. Walk with your back straight and your head held high. Do not walk with your head hung or your face looking at the ground. It does not matter if you have been bankrupt, to jail, teenage mother, broke or just plain crazy. Hold your head up! I have been in situations where I was just embarrassed and guess what, I held my head up. I am grateful for family instilling in me that I should always be confident and hold your head up. So in the words of Tupac, rest in peace my brother, keep your head up!!! Drop that loser mentality, I can't say it enough, you are a WINNER... SHOUT...I WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

DETERMINED TO WIN

WOW! It's a brand new day and I am totally excited!!!!! I realize my attitude determines my success and victories. I have to enter my day with a mindset of overcoming and victory. I am determined to accomplish all of my goals and dreams. I can not sit back and expect something to happen, I must have a mindset to make it happen. If I want better health, I can't just pray about it, I must be about it. You know, I realize that I can't experience victory on the losing team or losing side. So, what do you do if everything around you is failing? The answer: Make a change. Now, change is good, but it's not always easy. How do you walk away from toxic friendships that have been apart of your life for years? How do you improve a failing marriage to a winning marriage? How do you leave a job of depression when you have bills and responsibilities? First, you make a decision that God's final outcome for your life is to win. Second, you allow the word of God to be a basis for the decisions that you make. Third make a decision to release fear at all cost and commit to a winning life. Fourth, take time to read, study and devote your mind to learning how to excel and succeed. Many people are so lazy in the learning process. I have read more books this year than in my entire life. Why, because I desperately wanted to change my mind, my way of thinking, living and talking. I wanted a better life of inner peace and joy. I so desperately wanted fruitful relationships and a new life. So, I read two to three hours a day and I applied what I learn on a consistent basis. Yes, I experience resistance in my mind and spirit, because that old stubborn, arrogant, not wanting to change or thinking I'm right mentality is being busted up with the truth and new results. I'm using new material o force out that old outdated way of thinking. Hey, get rid of that clunk in your mind. When you began to change your mindset, it will feel like you are eating the worst vegetable in the world. But you know, if you keep doing it it becomes easier. We went on mental boot camp!!! WHEW, I'm loving it now. If you're not getting results, do you think you need to hold on to it? Guess what, I'm getting new results and I am happy! Sometimes I have to make myself read the word of God or a life changing book and literally have a war with my mind and say, you will do this. You will operate in love even when you want to slap somebody :). Mind, you will not spend money on fast food, even when it's 10 pm at night and my stomach wants the soft taco. Well, your old mind will say, it's only a dollar but guess what, it's not about the dollar, it's about feeding my mind and body healthy food. As you become diligent, it will become easier as second nature. Things will change when you change. For so long, I spent energy trying to change people. I would wake up with a mission to get them to do things my way. Ohhhhh, how I tried, LOL. Well, it didn't work! What happened for me? I spent 4 years studying psychology and counseling in college. That was my major, so I decided to become my own client and get to working on my mind. Also, when I began to change on the inside, grow in love, obedience, trust and faithfulness, people began to respond to me different. Now, there were some people I had to let go of in this season, but it was all in love. I realize that in order to fly, I can not be weighted down by the smuck of life. I make a decision to have a winning conversation. I talk victory and success. If I have a friend or client that calls with a problem, I'll listen for a minute and then my response is, what can we do so that you can have victory. I specialize in solutions, not problems. From my personal experience, constant complaining only leads to one conclusion. That conclusion is that you do not want to accept the blame and responsibility for the situation. Yeah, it might not all be your fault, but what part did you play? Change is not only doing things differently, but really taking an introspective look to see how you need to eliminate certain bad habits, negative looks, tones, words, arrogant attitude, etc. Change is about checking yourself, not anyone else, before you wreck yourself. (Had to have a flashback from the 80's) Notice, we only complain about things that we really have the power to change. I don't hear anyone arguing with God as to why the sky is blue and not purple? Or complaining that ran is clear and not baby blue? But, we will argue about our jobs, relationships and things within our control. Make a decision to live a winning life by committing to changing, growing, reading and studying on the successful qualities you should have. I met a couple, a good friend actually, that was in the process of divorce and now their marriage is restored. I said how in the WORLD did that happened? I said, last I talked to you, your bags were packed, you were out the door and nothing and no one could change your mind. I mean she was defiantly determined, she was leaving. She said, I heard a word on change, I committed to change, studied on being a great wife and when I changed, he changed. I said WOW! I was amazed, you would have to know this couple to really understand the dynamics :) But there is nothing to hard for God if we just lay down pride and commit to humbleness. I learned from my own experience of "not budging." I could blog on countless stories of how I was determined not to change to only realize that I was the common denominator in all of my problems. I guess that's a start. To realize that all your problems have one thing in common, and that's you. Yep, now I live a life of metamorphosis. I realized anything is possible if you only make a decision to change. Guess what we can't do it alone. Thank God for the grace and will to do what is necessary to succeed.

I AM A WINNER

I am a winner and I refuse to be defeated! Regardless of how the odds are against you or the fresh smell of defeat, refuse to go down! You have to make up in your mind that you are a winner and victory is your only option. How do you look at trials and circumstances that you are are faced with? I use to look at them from a victim mentality, poor me. Or from the perspective, why can't I catch a break, to only realize that the very trial that I took the victim mentality on was the very trial designed to push me to a new realm of victory. So now, I don't look at obstacles from a victim mentality, I look at them from a Giant mentality. I grew up from the victim mentality (Go Latisha)! It only serves as fuel for negative circumstances and a refusal to take responsibility for my actions. I look at challenges with a mindset of overcoming now. I also excavate deep in my heart to see what I can learn from what I am presented with. Sometimes, we bring events on ourselves through ignorance and refusing to abide by universal laws. So, take the mindset of the winner today. Remember, everything is subject to change. If you have the mind of the winner, you will speak like a winner, look like a winner and most of all talk like a winner. Your entire language will change. You will no longer talk words of self demise, defeat or mental suicide but words of success, victory, overcoming, elevation, promotion, wealth, and expectation.

Those who know me whether personally or through writings, know that I have a mindset of a winner. I'm telling you, I have been in situations where I felt like someone shot an arrow in my heart and I was nailed to the wall like a moose's head in a country shop, but I still declared victory. Hey, in my earlier days, I must be honest, I would retreat like a scared mouse :). What changed for me, I grabbed whole to life giving promises in the Bible, motivational books and my power coach. I made a decision to seek change and surround my self with winners. Even now, when I am faced with a giant, I stand boldly and declare, who do you think you are? You have no right to impede my destiny! Get to stepping, cause I'm a winner in case you forgot. Did you see how I defeated you the last time. Hey, sometimes, I have my eyes full of tears and my voice might be faint, but I DECLARE I AM A WINNER. Guess what, I always win and come out on top. It's all about mindset. Remember, you are a winner so act like it. LET'S SHOUT IT OUT... I'm A WINNER!! You are what you speak!!!! Glad to be on the winning team with you!!!!
